We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings. With the exception of earrings, you have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

For products bought during Black Friday you have the right to return within 10 days of receiving the item (s), and must be return within 5 days of receiving the return email. 

Kindly note that after the link strap has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid but you cannot return the watch.

Please note that "Complimentary" items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, the pressed mesh strap is fully adjustable and designed to fit petite wrists comfortably. Its lightweight construction ensures a secure and elegant fit for all wrist sizes.

Can I change the strap on this watch?

The watch features practical spring bars, allowing the strap to be easily swapped for other compatible Daniel Wellington straps.

What materials are used in this watch?

This watch is crafted from 316L stainless steel with PVD gold plating. The dial is genuine white mother of pearl, and each crystal on the bezel is handset for durability and precision.

How do I care for the mother of pearl dial and crystals?

We recommend gently wiping the dial and bezel with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture to preserve the natural lustre and clarity of the crystals.

Is the watch water-resistant?

The Iconic Link is water-resistant up to 3 ATM. It is therefore protected against rain and splashes, but should not be worn while swimming or showering.
