We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings. With the exception of earrings, you have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

For products bought during Black Friday you have the right to return within 10 days of receiving the item (s), and must be return within 5 days of receiving the return email. 

Kindly note that after the link strap has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid but you cannot return the watch.

Please note that "Complimentary" items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

The Quadro Lumine Pressed Piano Gold features an interchangeable strap system, allowing you to swap the strap for other compatible Daniel Wellington Quadro straps to suit your style or occasion.

How do I care for and clean the gold-plated stainless steel strap?

We recommend gently wiping the strap and case with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture to maintain the gold finish.

Is the watch suitable for everyday wear, including in the rain?

The watch is water resistant up to 3 ATM, which means it can withstand rain and splashes but should not be worn while swimming or showering.

Will the 28mm case size suit my style if I prefer a dainty or lightweight watch?

The 28mm case is designed to be petite and lightweight, offering a refined, elegant look that feels comfortable for daily wear and pairs well with both casual and formal outfits.
